Helping parents, teens & young adults to LIKE each other as much as they LOVE each other.

BREAKING FREE IS JUST THE BEGINNING.

Life isn’t easy. Sometimes, even the best of us need a little bit of help to work through some of life’s more challenging problems. Whether you struggle with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, or any other issue, you should know that there is hope for a better tomorrow.

At Cyuah Therapy we provide the tools to help facilitate organic communication and growth between spouses, teens, parents, and most importantly - yourself! Using various talk therapy modalities as well as additional interdisciplinary psychotherapeutic techniques, we custom tailor a plan for your unique situation.  Our goal is to help open up the communication lines so that individuals who do not see eye to eye would still be able to like, and respect the people that they inherently love.

This is a collaborative approach with you taking the lead. We take a holistic approach. Working with IFS, DBT, CBT, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and meditation, we create the perfect treatment plan that is just for you.

THE PILLARS OF CYUAH THERAPY

COMMUNICATION

Positive, well intended, constructive, and building up, beneficial, true, caring and with wisdom.

FAMILY

The bedrock of our future, family first. Stays solid through support of the friends and community. Gives us a sense of happiness and joy.

INTEGRITY

Moralistic, adherence to moral at the call and therapeutic traits with consistency!

AUTHENTIC

Being fully trustworthy and genuine. True self, not hiding behind any masks.

CONSISTENCY

"The soil of which creativity grows" rather small and consistent than big and a fleeting

COMMITMENT

Forgoing emotional choices when needed. Falling in love with something and then building a structure of behavior around it, even when it's difficult.

A.B.C. - ALWAYS BE CURIOUS

When we stay curious about what is happening inside of us, it helps us become aware of what we are feeling. That's how we will begin the process of finding and working on our game plan.

Everyone has the opportunity to build relationships when we make a "u-turn" into ourselves, which helps us to become and stay curious. As long as we're curious, we can overcome most of our obstacles. No matter how distant we are in a relationship (even with ourselves), we can still learn to like the people around us though it may be hard at times

An essential part of this journey is non-judgmentalism - most importantly about yourself! Where the self-critic stops, the growth will start.
